mahirap magdyeta
oo mahirap mga folks.. have to eat every three hours and no snacking in between. whats more you have to eat only less. more on protein, less fat and carbo.. hayy..bakit kasi hirap palabasin ng six pack!? at ang masaya sa lahat hindi dapat kumain ng basta basta.. tuna in water, boiled chix breast, broccolli, gulay, gulay and gulay pa. and ohh throw in 12 grain bread without palaman in the mix. yun..
pero worth naman pag nakikita ko ang mga muscle bulging out and of kors pag sumisilip si six pack..
hay.. 4 months eto.. 4 months!!!
